It was actually not the best pie I've ever made. Like, at all. Didn't pre-bake the under-crust, which meant that it got soggy; didn't put sugar in the crust; think I put too much water in the crust, since I was using the food processor method of doing it. It was kind of gross all around -- at least, I thought so, but Jaime & Dave each had two pieces, so it can't have been that terrible. :-P
Things is good. I'll email. :-)
Yeah, one has to be verrrrrrry conservative with time in the food processor--and usually it's best to add the water bit by bit, by hand. STill, bet it was good.
